This magazine deals with the results of the ٍSeventh Joint Session of the Russian-Arab Business Council which took place in Manama on May, 21-22, 2007 under the patronage of the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain His Highness Sheikh Khalifa Ben Salman Al Khalifa.
The issue contains the address of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to the participants of the Session. The Russian President stressed that at the moment the Russian-Arab relations were on the ascent. The magazine also includes the speeches of the Bahraini Minister of industry and commerce Hassan Abdullah Fahro, the Chairman of the Bahraini Chamber of Commerce and Industry Doctor Essam Abdullah Fahro, the President of the General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture for the Arab countries Adnan Kassar and Secretary General of that organization Ilyas Gantous who spoke about the current state of the Russian-Arab commercial and economic relations.
On the Russian part Vladimir Evtushenkov, Chairman of the Russian part of the Russian-Arab business Council, Chairman of the Board of JSC SYSTEMA; Tatyana Gvilava, Director of the Russian-Arab Business Council and Adviser to the Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, and Tatiana Paramonova, First Deputy Chairman of the Central Russian Bank, delivered speeches during the Session.
The issue runs articles on meetings devoted to particular spheres of the Russian-Arab cooperation: industry, building, high technologies and telecommunications, fuel, power and mineral resources, insurance, tourism, transport and holding conferences and exhibitions. Besides, the magazine contains articles on the joint sessions of the bilateral councils that work within the Russian-Arab Business Council and the Final Comminique which deals with the main results of the Seventh Joint Session of the Russian-Arab Business Council.
